Sean made our house purchase seamless. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in and on house tours found the structural /hidden things that would impact our buying decision (shoddy foundation work, hidden basement fires etc.) He didn't pressure a sale and was really helpful in advising when a house was overpriced or not. We ended up making only one offer, which was accepted. Also when we ran into issues with the bank, he referred us to a mortgage broker who was amazing and turned a nightmare into our dream home.
